Glen Phillips is currently an Associate Director, Writer/Publisher Relations at SESAC.
Phillips has over 20 years of experience across a variety of sectors in the music industry including artist management, music licensing, and tour management. After getting his start as a student talent buyer at Southern Illinois University in 1985, Phillips spent the better part of the 90s as a tour manager for heavy rock acts such as Limp Bizkit and Stabbing Westward. In 2000, he graduated into artist management representing the legendary blues guitarist and Rock N Roll Hall of Fame inducteeBuddy Guy, and singer-songwriter couple Over the Rhine. In 2010, Phillips joined indie taster makers The Windish Agency where he co-founded the Windish Music Licensing. In 2012, he founded his own licensing company, Track Record Licensing. Phillips holds a Bachelor of Arts in Radio-Television Management from Southern Illinois University.
