You MUST check your email before proceeding.

* Note: It can take (up to 15 minutes) for Email Confirmation with important details.

The email confirmation will say “Congratulations! (your membership has been approved).” 

If you don’t see your email confirmation please do the following before contacting support:

  1. Look in your email for a Paypal confirmation that says: “You sent an automatic payment of…”; Make sure you wait 15 minutes after the time you received that message.
  2. After you’ve done the above, if you still don’t see a confirmation message from us, check your Spam Folder.  If you’re a Gmail user check your Promotions or Social tab.
  3. If you’ve done all of the following and you still haven’t received a confirmation email from us that says “Congratulations! (your membership has been approved)” email support at –  weare@channeldynamic.com.  Be sure to include your Paypal Transaction ID AND Paypal Profile ID.
